2008
started with small team and big dream
We laid the foundation of our CapitalSquare group with an employee base of 8 people and strong pipeline of projects and clients.

Increased the size of the teams and envisaged entering into related financial services streams.

started insurance broking
Received license from IRDA and started full-fledged Insurance brokerage operation. Recruited professionals, focusing mainly on corporate clients and ended with a steady growth in business.

We marched ahead with expansion plans for organic growth and successfully managed dynamism of business cycle.Â

obtained SEBI license
Ventured into Merchant Banking and obtained SEBI License to operate as catergory-I merchant banker. Also opened office in New Delhi for expansion of Investment Banking and Insurance business.

focus approach in private placement
Focus approach in private placement of communication paper and NCD's, catapulted company to be on amongst the top players.

expanded equity capital market business
Expanded equity capital market business and also setup a team for carrying out of business valuations

2019-21
emerged as top merchant banker
Having completed more than 900 valuation in the last three years, became number one in carrying out valuation for the companies. Also emerged as probably top ranked merchant banker for open offers in the year 2020-21.

launch of insure4sure.com
Launched ambitious retail point-of-sale portal Insure4Sure. Also opened an office in Noida and Gurugram for more reach and growth.
