Accounts Manager – Insurance
Candidate should have insurance background, and should have worked with a Broker or Insurer in the past.

Responsibilities
- Bank Reconciliation in tally – Premium Collection Account, Payment Account and Operating Account
- Cash Reconciliation – Payouts, Managing Vendor Payouts , Managing Employee Reimbursements
- Manage the process for Calculating and Processing of Agents Commission for various products of General Insurance
- Ensure commission rates uploaded in the system are per IRDA Guidelines
- MIS reporting by using MS Excel, generating timely and accurate reports for analysis.
- Preparing MIS report for management and regulatory compliance
Skills/Experience
- 3-5 yrs of experience in Insurance industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically in MS Excel
- Excellent command on pivot, V-look up, data handling and excel formulas
- Should have knowledge of SAIBA CRM software
