Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability and deliver key goals of the annual financial plan
  • Provide training to sales team and Strategic Business Unit personnel on products and
    services
  • Actively managing daily work processes of designated territory to achieve operational and strategic objective
  • Analyze needs, develop and recommend alternatives for improvements to processes ,
    customer service or products
  • Building relationships with Insurer partner & OEM team to make the services faster and hassle free
  • Generating revenue through Fleet Business by servicing corporate clients.
  • Responsible for planning and development for IT system & operations processes for policy issuance and Claims
  • Monitor insurance claims to ensure they are settled equitably for both the client and the
    insurer
  • Arrange and conduct customer seminars for business promotion, product awareness and market update.
  • To update the Head- Commercial on daily basis with all aspects of business operations in their region.
  • To adhere to business process and controls as laid down by HO and ensure strict compliance of regulations as laid down by IRDA.
  • To prepare business and manpower budget in consultation with HO.

Skills/Experience

  • 10-14 years of experience in general insurance sector.
  • Direct Marketing.
  • Excellent Networking Skills.
  • Effective Communication skills and well groomed.
  • Team building and managing.
  • Should be a go getter
  • Assertive door opener
  • Ability to work individually and in a team
  • Advance knowledge of all types of insurance, inclusive of life and general insurance
  • Should have exposure to SMEs and large corporate
  • Experience in Insurance sales is mandatory
